What We Offer

Wellness Foundation Series

Participants explore wellness beyond physical health — including emotional, occupational, social, and spiritual well-being.

This small-group program combines leadership development and personal wellness practices. Participants explore emotional intelligence, values-driven leadership, and strategies to lead with intention.

An immersive simulation that invites participants to experience what it’s like to be an outsider — building empathy and connection.

Explore your leadership style and emotional awareness through a personalized assessment and 1:1 coaching session.

Also Offering: Professional Speaking

Kindred is available for keynote presentations, workshops, and panel discussions designed to inspire, educate, and empower audiences. Topics include leadership development, wellness in the workplace, emotional intelligence, and cultivating kindness in professional settings.

Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, nonprofit conference, or community gathering, our goal is to leave your audience with actionable strategies and renewed energy to create positive change.

Why It Matters

Despite growing investments in employee wellness, many programs fall short – often focusing only on physical health and missing the bigger picture. The data is clear: a holistic, human-centered approach isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s essential.

Holistic Focus Needed: Experts warn that many programs fall short because they’re too one-dimensional – addressing only physical health rather than the full spectrum of employee needs.”

– Harvard Business Review, 2024

“Nearly 85% of large U.S. employers offer workplace wellness programs, yet the burnout and mental health needs that they are meant to address have continued to escalate.”

– Jazz Croft, Harvard Business Review, 2024

“Employees who feel their well-being is supported are 69% less likely to search for a new job.”

– Gallup, 2022
